Barry Diller, Chairman and Senior Executive

Mr. Diller has been the Chairman of the Board and Senior Executive of Expedia Group since the completion of the Company’s spin-off from IAC/InterActiveCorp (“IAC”) on August 9, 2005 (the “IAC/Expedia Group Spin-Off”). Mr. Diller held the positions of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of IAC and its predecessors since August 1995 and ceased serving as Chief Executive Officer in November 2010. Mr. Diller served as Special Advisor to TripAdvisor, Inc., an online travel company, from April 2013 through March 2017, was TripAdvisor’s Chairman of the Board and Senior Executive from December 2011, when it was spun off from the Company (the “TripAdvisor Spin-Off”) until December 2012, and served a member of its Board until April 2013. Mr. Diller served as the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Ticketmaster Entertainment, Inc. from 2008 to 2010, when it merged with Live Nation, Inc. to form Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. Mr. Diller served as the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. from January 2010 to October 2010 and was a member of its Board until January 2011. He also served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of QVC, Inc. from December 1992 through December 1994 and as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Fox, Inc. from 1984 to 1992. Prior to joining Fox, Inc., Mr. Diller served for ten years as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Paramount Pictures Corporation. Mr. Diller served as a member of the Board of Directors of Graham Holdings Company (formerly The Washington Post Company) from November 2013 through January 2017. Mr. Diller is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Coca-Cola Company. Mr. Diller is also a member of The Business Council, and serves on the Dean’s Council of The New York University Tisch School of the Arts, the Board of Councilors for the School of Cinema-Television at the University of Southern California and the Advisory Board for the Peter G. Peterson Foundation.

Peter M. Kern, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Expedia Group, Inc.

Peter Kern is the Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Expedia Group. Mr. Kern has been a director of Expedia Group since completion of the IAC/Expedia Group Spin-Off and has served as Vice Chairman of Expedia Group since June 2018. Mr. Kern has spent decades in leadership roles in public and private settings. Previously, Mr. Kern was CEO of Tribune Media and Managing Partner of InterMedia Partners VII, LP, a private equity firm. Prior to joining InterMedia, Mr. Kern was Senior Managing Director and Principal of Alpine Capital LLC. Prior to Alpine Capital, Mr. Kern founded Gemini Associates in 1996 and served as President from its inception through its merger with Alpine Capital in 2001. Prior to founding Gemini Associates, Mr. Kern was at the Home Shopping Network and Whittle Communications. Mr. Kern has served on the Board of Directors of Tribune Media Company since October 2016, where he currently also serves as Chief Executive Officer, as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hemisphere Media Group, Inc., a publicly-traded Spanish-language media company, since April 2013, and since 2016, as a member of Supervisory Board of trivago N.V., a majority-owned subsidiary of Expedia Group. Mr. Kern also serves on the boards of several private companies. Mr. Kern holds a B.S. degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Eric Hart, Chief Financial Officer

Eric Hart is Chief Financial Officer at Expedia Group. Prior to this role, he acted as Chief Strategy Officer where he was responsible for Expedia Group strategy and business development as well as global M&A and investments. In his ten years with Expedia Group, Hart was most recently the General Manager of CarRentals.com. Prior to that he led corporate strategy for the company, leading some of the company’s largest acquisitions.

Prior to joining Expedia Group, Hart spent time as a Vice President at Lake Capital, a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, and a Consultant at Accenture.

Hart holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Robert Dzielak, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary, Expedia Group, Inc.

Mr. Dzielak has served as Expedia Group’s Chief Legal Officer and Secretary since March 2018, previously serving as its Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since April 2012. Mr. Dzielak had previously served as Senior Vice President and acting General Counsel since October 2011. Since joining the Company as Assistant General Counsel in April 2006 and through his service as Vice President and Associate General Counsel between February 2007 and October 2011, Mr. Dzielak held primary responsibility for the worldwide litigation portfolio of the Company and its brands. Prior to joining Expedia Group, Mr. Dzielak was a partner at the law firm of Preston, Gates and Ellis, LLP (now K&L Gates LLP), where his practice focused on commercial and intellectual property litigation. Mr. Dzielak received his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School. Mr. Dzielak is currently a member of the Supervisory Board of trivago, N.V.

Sarah Gavin, Vice President, Global Communications and Corporate Brand

Sarah Gavin is Vice President of Global Communications and Corporate Brand. In this role, she oversees Corporate Communications, Corporate Brand Experiences & Events, Reputation Readiness & Response and Employee Communications experiences globally. Her team is responsible for creating touchpoints where employees and external audiences connect with the Expedia Group vision, purpose and culture while building trust in its character and reputation.

Gavin previously led public relations for Brand Expedia where she led influential programs across press and bloggers, financial communications, crisis communications, and social media programs. She has been with the company since 2011.

Prior to joining Expedia Group, Gavin served as Vice President at WE Communications where she was a top leader on Microsoft accounts including Windows, Office and the browser.

Gavin has been featured in PR Week’s Power 50 list and her team has been recognized by PR Week as one of the Best Places to Work for PR professionals. She is a long-serving advocate and Pacific Northwest Advisory Board Member for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Ariane Gorin, President, Expedia Business Services

Ariane Gorin is Group President of Expedia Business Services which includes Expedia Partner Solutions and Egencia Corporate Travel. Expedia Partner Solutions leverages the best of Expedia Group’s partner facing API and template products with a laser focus on B2B, powering thousands of partners around the world. Egencia has been the corporate travel arm of Expedia Group since 2004 and joined Expedia Business Services in 2019.

Gorin joined Expedia in 2013 as Vice President of Market Management for EMEA and led the EMEA team in rapidly expanding the hotel network in the region. Prior to joining Expedia, Gorin spent 10 years at Microsoft in various sales, distribution and marketing roles. Before joining Microsoft, she was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, both in San Francisco and in Paris.

Gorin received an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University and a BA in economics from the University of California at Berkeley. She currently serves on the board of directors of Adecco Group, and is on the advisory council of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in London.

Jeff Hurst, President and Co-lead, Marketing

Jeff Hurst is the president and Co-lead of marketing at Expedia Group. Previously, Hurst served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Vrbo. In this role, he’s focused on helping people take the best trips of their lives while coordinating internally across Expedia Group to enable owners and property managers to achieve even more success, leveraging the power of the Expedia Group platform.

Previously, Hurst served as Chief Commercial Officer at Vrbo, formerly known as HomeAway, where he was responsible for global commercial performance, leading the regional general management teams around the world and overseeing the property management organization, including sales and operations. Hurst joined HomeAway in 2010 as Global Director of Strategy and Planning and played an important role in the company completing a successful IPO in 2011. He has also served as HomeAway’s Chief Strategy Officer, where he was instrumental in building HomeAway’s e-commerce capabilities and evolving its business model.

Prior to HomeAway, Hurst was a consultant at McKinsey & Company where he worked with consumer brands on corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and pricing.

Hurst has a master’s degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin. As a frequent vacation rental traveler with his wife and two kids and as a vacation homeowner for 5 years, Hurst cares deeply about the vacation rental industry and applies these experiences to his day-to-day role.

Adam Jay, President and Co-lead, Marketing

Adam Jay is the President and Co-lead of Marketing at Expedia Group, where he is focused on Expedia brand and Hotels.com brand marketing, growth marketing and marketing technology services across all consumer brands. Previously, Jay served as the President of Hotels.com brand.

He joined Expedia Group in 2012 and since then has been in roles focused on Hotels.com brand product and marketing strategies.

Prior to leading the Hotels.com brand Jay was VP Strategy & Corporate Development at Travelport, a B2B travel software provider, and before that he led the digital and network customer proposition for Avis Europe plc (now Avis Budget Group). At the start of his career, Jay spent seven years at Boston Consulting Group, working across a range of sectors.

Jay has a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University and an MBA from INSEAD. He currently serves on the board of directors of Checkatrade.com and Despegar.

John Kim, President, Platform & Marketplaces

John Kim is Group President of Platform & Marketplaces at Expedia Group. In this role, he oversees the development of Artificial Intelligence, User Experience, Research, eCommerce, Marketplaces and Yield Management, Data and Development Platforms across Expedia Group’s customers, partners and employees. His divisions power Expedia Group’s two-sided marketplace platform.

Previously, Kim served as the President of Vrbo, where he led strategy and operations of one of world’s leading alternative accommodations marketplaces. Joining Vrbo in 2016, Kim led the company’s transformation from a subscription-based advertising model to a modern e-commerce business powered by the latest advances in data science and technology. During Kim’s tenure, Vrbo was recognized by Business Insider as one of the top 25 tech companies to work for, by The Muse as one of the top innovators to work for and by Hired.com as one of the top employer tech brands.

Before joining Vrbo, Kim served as Expedia’s Chief Product Officer and helped Expedia become one of the world’s most successful travel companies. He led the company’s overall global product development for hotel, air, car and activities across Expedia.com, Orbitz, Travelocity, Wotif and AirAsiaGo. The initiatives Kim led contributed to multiple years of double-digit growth in conversion. Kim has more than two decades of experience in search, recommendations, analytics and marketing at tier-one, venture-backed startups, medium-sized companies and globally known brands including Yahoo!, Overture, Accenture, Bank of America and Pelago.

Kim is a vocal advocate for diversity and was appointed to advise President George W. Bush on economic policies impacting Asian Americans and Pacific Islander small businesses. He graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Kim is an investor in over 30+ start-ups, TechStars and Jungle Ventures.

Tucker Moodey, President, Retail Product & Technology

Tucker Moodey is President of Retail Product & Technology. In this role, he oversees brand, retail, and cross-platform product and technology capabilities that create the locally relevant and customer-centric travel experiences powering the growth of all Expedia Group consumer brands including Expedia, Hotwire, Travelocity, Hotels.com, Vrbo, Orbitz, ebookers, CheapTickets, CarRentals and Wotif.

Previously, Moodey served as the President of eCommerce Platform where he led development of the company’s order management and payments systems, network infrastructure and cloud, data, and information technology. He also served as the Executive Vice President of Global Customer Operations, providing customer sales and service support for travelers around the globe. He joined Expedia Group in 2007.

Prior to joining Expedia Group, Moodey worked at AT&T Wireless where he ran Customer Services, and Distribution and Sales Operations. Other previous roles include marketing strategy and customer segmentation at AT&T, brand management at Kraft Foods and account management at Leo Burnett Advertising.

He recently served on the board for and continues to advise Episcopal Relief and Development, a non-profit partnering with communities for lasting change with a focus on women, children, and climate.

Moodey holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Amherst College.

Cyril Ranque, President, Travel Partners Group

In this role, he is responsible for empowering all travel partner segments through the Expedia Group platform’s leading-edge marketing, distribution, data and technology solutions. This includes connecting conventional lodging, vacation rentals, air, cruise, car, activities, destination marketing organizations and other travel and non-travel advertisers with our traveler audiences on our global network of trusted brands.

Prior to joining Expedia Group, Ranque was Vice President of Marketing & Distribution for Louvre Hotels, after having advised the Taittinger Group on the creation of the company in early 2004. Previously, Ranque was head of the French CRM practice for AT Kearney and has also served as a CRM consultant at Accenture, an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in London, and a financial analyst with LVMH in Tokyo.

Ranque holds a master’s degree from the ESSEC Graduate School of Business in Paris, with a specialization in finance and strategy.

Archana Singh, Chief People Officer, Expedia Group, Inc.

Archana (Arch) Singh is Chief People Officer of Expedia Group, Inc. In this position, Singh oversees the global human resources operation focused on creating HR operational excellence, best-in-class employee experience and engagement, and strong leadership development throughout the organization. This role recognizes that Expedia Group’s greatest asset is its people and Singh ensures the company has the right people systems and architecture in place to ensure the company is the place where exceptional people who share our passion for tech and travel want to do their best work.

With more than 20 years of dynamic human resources and talent management experience, Singh possesses a true mastery of the HR discipline having most recently held the position as Chief Human Resource Officer at John Wiley and Sons, a global publishing company, where she aligned HR strategies with organizational and business goals, emphasizing business performance, talent management, culture alignment and integration. Prior to Wiley, Singh was Chief Human Resource Officer, Managing Director, at the consultancy Hay Group, Inc., where she developed innovative HR strategies and initiatives that positioned the organization for transformation and growth. She also held executive-level HR positions at Computer Science Corporation, AMD Corporation, Unisys Corporation, Sun Microsystems and Credit Suisse First Boston.

Singh also brings global experience to Expedia Group having lived and work in the U.S. and Asia. Singh’s areas of focus are being data driven and business judgment led, all with the underpinning of a highly analytical approach that has driven focus and high performance across the organizations who have been fortunate enough to benefit from her leadership.

Singh earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of the Arts in Economics (BA) degrees from Jodhpur University. She also has a Masters in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard University.

Michael Davis Velasco, Chief Inclusion & Diversity Officer

Michael Davis Velasco is the Chief Inclusion and Diversity Officer at Expedia Group. In this role, Michael leads the company’s efforts to elevate underrepresented voices and champions programs to enhance inclusion and diversity for Expedia Group’s employees, customers, partners and communities.

Before joining Expedia Group, Michael advised companies in a variety of industries on matters related to diversity and inclusion, organizational design, leadership development, corporate communications, and executive employment matters. Prior to his advisory work, Michael was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Labor & Employment Counsel at Tribune Media Company. Among his responsibilities at Tribune, Michael oversaw the company’s Diversity and Inclusion efforts, chaired its Diversity and Inclusion Council, and led all Human Resources functions including benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, HRIS, learning & development, employee relations and communications. Michael also led Tribune’s Labor and Employment Law Department.

Prior to joining Tribune, Michael was the Vice President of Labor Relations at NBCUniversal. Among his many responsibilities at NBCU, Michael supported network news and sports, owned and operated stations and late-night entertainment programs. He also oversaw labor relations for Telemundo Network, Studios, International, cable operations, and owned and operated stations throughout the continental United States and Puerto Rico. Before NBCU, Michael practiced law in New York and Mexico City within a variety of disciplines, including corporate transactions, civil litigation, intellectual property and employment law.

Michael co-founded the National Latina/o Law Students Conference and is an advocate for the underrepresented.

Samuel Altman, Chief Executive Officer, Open AI

Mr. Altman is the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of OpenAI an organization dedicated to ensuring artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity. From February 2014 through March 2019, he served as President of Y Combinator, a provider of advice and seed financing for startups.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Altman co-founded Loopt, Inc., a provider of mobile location-based services, and served as its Chief Executive Officer until it was acquired by Green Dot Corporation in March 2012, after which he held a number of senior executive positions at Green Dot, including Executive Vice President, Mobile Products and Technology, through December 2013, and served as a member of its Board of Directors from March 2013 through April 2016. Mr. Altman has also been the General Partner of Hydrazine Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm, since April 2012.

He has invested in a number of private companies, including Reddit, Inc., which operates a social sharing and aggregation website, and Helion Energy, Inc. and Oklo, Inc., which are both developing clean energy solutions. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of all three companies and as Chairman of Helion and Oklo.

A. George “Skip” Battle, Chairman, Fair Isaac Corporation

George “Skip” Battle has been a director of Expedia Group since completion of the IAC/Expedia Spin-Off. Mr. Battle previously served as the Executive Chairman of Ask Jeeves, Inc. from January 2004 through July 2005 and as its Chief Executive Officer from December 2000 until January 2004. Mr. Battle was a business consultant and investor and served as a member of the boards of directors of several technology companies. Prior thereto, Mr. Battle served with Andersen Consulting in various roles, including Worldwide Managing Partner, Market Development, until his retirement from Andersen Consulting in 1995. Mr. Battle is currently Chairman of the Compensation Committee of Fair Isaac Corporation, a position he has held since 2002. He is also a director of Workday, Inc. and one nonprofit organization. Mr. Battle also served as a director of PeopleSoft, Inc. from 1995 until its acquisition by Oracle Corp. in 2004, Barra, Inc. from 1996 until 2004, Advent Software, Inc. from 2006 to May 2011, the Masters Select family of funds (all registered investment companies) from August 1996 until December 2012, Sungevity, Inc. from February 2010 until January 2013, LinkedIn Corporation from December 2010 until December 2016, OpenTable, Inc. from January 2006 until July 2014, and Netflix, Inc. from June 2005 to December 2018. Mr. Battle holds a B.A. in economics from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Jon T. Gieselman, Vice President of Services Marketing at Apple, Inc.

Jon T. Gieselman has served as Vice President of Services Marketing at Apple, Inc. since May of 2016, where he is responsible for the global marketing and sales functions for Apple’s Services Support Group, which includes Apple Music and iTunes. From October 2015 through January 2016, Mr. Gieselman served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at DirecTV, Inc., a direct broadcast satellite service provider having previously served in senior marketing roles at Sears Holding Corporation, Home Shopping Network and Ray-Ban Sunglasses. Mr. Gieselman holds a B.A. from Boston College and an M.B.A. from St. John Fisher College. He was inducted into the American Advertising Federation’s Advertising Hall of Achievement in 2008.

Board Membership Qualifications: Mr. Gieselman provides valuable expertise in the fields of marketing, advertising and sales, as well as significant experience leading global marketing organizations.

Dara Khosrowshahi, Chief Executive Officer, Uber Technologies, Inc.

Mr. Khosrowshahi has been a director of Expedia Group since completion of the IAC/Expedia Group Spin-Off. Mr. Khosrowshahi has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Uber Technologies, Inc. since August 2017. Previously, Mr. Khosrowshahi served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Expedia Group from the completion of the IAC/Expedia Group Spin-Off until August 2017. Mr. Khosrowshahi served as the Chief Executive Officer of IAC Travel, a division of IAC, from January 2005 to the IAC/Expedia Group Spin-Off date. Prior to his tenure as Chief Executive Officer of IAC Travel, Mr. Khosrowshahi served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IAC from January 2002 to January 2005, as IAC’s Executive Vice President, Operations and Strategic Planning, from July 2000 to January 2002 and as President, USA Networks Interactive, a division of IAC, from 1999 to 2000. Mr. Khosrowshahi joined IAC in 1998 as Vice President of Strategic Planning and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 1999. Mr. Khosrowshahi worked at Allen & Company LLC from 1991 to 1998, where he served as Vice President from 1995 to 1998. Mr. Khosrowshahi also served as director of TripAdvisor, Inc., from the TripAdvisor Spin-Off until February 2013 and The New York Times Company from May 2015 to September 2017.

David Sambur, Co-Lead Partner of Apollo Global Management

Julie Whalen, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Williams-Sonoma, Inc.

Ms. Whalen, 48, is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Williams-Sonoma, Inc., a global specialty retailer, where she is responsible for overseeing Williams-Sonoma’s global financial departments including controllership, corporate financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, investor relations, risk management and internal audit and has shared accountability of the brand finance functions.

She joined Williams-Sonoma in 2001 in the corporate financial planning organization and progressed through positions of increasing responsibility from Vice President, Corporate Controller to Senior Vice President and Treasurer, and was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2012. Ms. Whalen began her career in public accounting with KPMG Peat Marwick LLP. Ms. Whalen is a Certified Public Accountant and holds both a B.S. in accounting and a J.D. from Pepperdine University.

Mr. Kern has been a director of Expedia Group since completion of the IAC/Expedia Group Spin-Off and has served as Vice Chairman of Expedia Group since June 2018. Mr. Kern has spent decades in leadership roles in public and private settings. Previously, Mr. Kern was CEO of Tribune Media and Managing Partner of InterMedia Partners VII, LP, a private equity firm. Prior to joining InterMedia, Mr. Kern was Senior Managing Director and Principal of Alpine Capital LLC. Prior to Alpine Capital, Mr. Kern founded Gemini Associates in 1996 and served as President from its inception through its merger with Alpine Capital in 2001. Prior to founding Gemini Associates, Mr. Kern was at the Home Shopping Network and Whittle Communications. Mr. Kern has served on the Board of Directors of Tribune Media Company since October 2016, where he currently also serves as Chief Executive Officer, as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hemisphere Media Group, Inc., a publicly-traded Spanish-language media company, since April 2013, and since 2016, as a member of Supervisory Board of trivago N.V., a majority-owned subsidiary of Expedia Group. Mr. Kern also serves on the boards of several private companies. Mr. Kern holds a B.S. degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Susan C. Athey, Economics of Technology Professor, Stanford Graduate School of Business

Professor Athey has been a director of Expedia Group since December 2015. Professor Athey is the Economics of Technology Professor at Stanford Graduate School of Business. Her research and teaching cover the economics of the internet and digital marketplaces, marketplace design, auctions, platform businesses, online advertising, the news media, financial technology, big data, and statistical methods for causal inference. She previously taught at the economics departments at MIT, Stanford and Harvard. In 2007, Professor Athey received the John Bates Clark Medal, awarded by the American Economic Association to “that American economist under the age of forty who is adjudged to have made the most significant contribution to economic thought and knowledge.” She was elected to the National Academy of Science in 2012 and to the American Academy of Arts and Sciences in 2008. She serves on the Board of Directors of Ripple, a financial services technology startup; Rover, peer-to-peer pet care marketplace; Turo, a peer-to-peer car rental marketplace; and Innovations for Poverty Action, a non-profit. Professor Athey has also been a director of LendingClub Corporation since March 2018. Professor Athey received her bachelor’s degree from Duke University in economics, computer science, and mathematics and her Ph.D. in economics from Stanford. She holds an honorary doctorate from Duke University.

Chelsea Clinton, Vice Chair of the Clinton Foundation

Ms. Clinton has been a director of Expedia Group since March 2017. Ms. Clinton has served as Vice Chair of the Clinton Foundation since March 2013, where her work emphasizes improving global and domestic health, creating service opportunities and empowering the next generation of leaders. Prior to assuming this role, Ms. Clinton served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Clinton Foundation from September 2011. Ms. Clinton has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Clinton Health Access Initiative since September 2011. Ms. Clinton also teaches at the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. From March 2010 through May 2013, Ms. Clinton served as an Assistant Vice Provost at New York University, where she focused on interfaith initiatives and the university’s Global Expansion Program. From November 2011 to August 2014, Ms. Clinton also worked as a special correspondent for NBC news. Prior to these efforts, Ms. Clinton worked as an associate at McKinsey & Company, a consulting firm, from August 2003 to October 2006, and as an associate at Avenue Capital Group, an investment firm, from October 2006 to November 2009. Ms. Clinton also currently serves on the Board of Directors of IAC, The School of American Ballet, Clover Health and Nurx Inc.; the Board of Overseers of the Weill Cornell Medical College and the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health; the Board of Trustees of the Africa Center; and as Co-Chair of the Advisory Board of the Of Many Institute at New York University. She currently serves as an advisor to LiveSafe, Inc. Mr. Jacobson has been a director of Expedia Group since December 2007. Mr. Jacobson is a founding partner at the law firm of Hansen, Jacobson, Teller, Hoberman, Newman, Warren, Richman, Rush, Kaller & Gellman, L.L.P., where he has practiced entertainment law for the past 32 years. Mr. Jacobson is a member of the Board of Directors of Charter Communications, Inc., Tribune Media Company, Oaktree Specialty Lending Corporation and Oaktree Strategic Income Corporation. Mr. Jacobson was a director of Ticketmaster from August 2008 until its merger with Live Nation, Inc. in January 2010, Aver Media, a privately-held Canadian lending institution, Eventful Inc., a digital media company, and New Form Digital. Mr. Jacobson was a founder of New Form Digital, a venture with Discovery Communications, focusing on short form digital content. Mr. Jacobson also founded Whisper Advisors, a boutique investment banking/advisory company.

Greg Mondre, Co-CEO of Silver Lake

Mr. Mondre is Co-CEO of Silver Lake, a global private equity firm, based in New York. Mr. Mondre joined Silver Lake in 1999 as a founding principal and was previously Managing Partner and Managing Director from January 2013 to December 2019. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Mondre was a principal at Texas Pacific Group, where he focused on private equity investments across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on technology. He serves on the board of directors of Motorola Solutions, Inc. Alexander von Furstenberg, Founder and Chief Investment Officer, Ranger Global Advisors, LLC

Mr. von Furstenberg has been a director of Expedia Group since December 2015. Mr. von Furstenberg currently serves as Chief Investment Officer of Ranger Global Advisors, LLC (“Ranger”), a family office focused on value-based investing, which he founded in June 2011. Prior to founding Ranger, Mr. von Furstenberg founded Arrow Capital Management, LLC, a private investment firm focused on global public equities, where he served as Co-Managing Member and Chief Investment Officer since 2003. Mr. von Furstenberg has served as a member of the Board of Directors of IAC since 2008, Liberty Expedia Holdings since November 2016, La Scogliera, an Italian financial holding company, since December 2016 and served as a member of the board of directors of W.P. Stewart & Co. Ltd., a Bermuda based asset management firm, until the company was acquired in December 2013. Since 2001, he has acted as Chief Investment Officer of Arrow Investments, Inc., the private investment office that serves his family. Mr. von Furstenberg also serves as a partner and Co-Chairman of the Board of Diane von Furstenberg Studio, LLC. In addition to the philanthropic work accomplished through his position as a director of The Diller-von Furstenberg Family Foundation, Mr. von Furstenberg also serves on the Board of Directors of Friends of the High Line.

Beverly Anderson, President of Global Consumer Solutions at Equifax

Ms. Anderson has served as the President of Global Consumer Solutions at Equifax since December 2019, where she is responsible for the strategy development, growth and profitability of direct and indirect businesses serving consumers with credit, identity and financial education products and services. Prior to joining Equifax, Ms. Anderson was the Executive Vice President of Cards and Retail Services at Wells Fargo where she led consumer credit cards, co-brand cards, loyalty solutions, retail finance, digital payments and enablement capabilities, having previously held leadership roles managing direct auto loans, personal lines and loans, loan operations, collections and fraud operations since joining Wells Fargo in February, 2012.

Ms. Anderson currently serves as co-president of the Harvard Business School African-American Alumni Association and received the Kenneth A. Powell Award for Professional Achievement from the HBS African-American Student Union in 2019. She also serves as a Board member of the Equifax Foundation. She also is a former chair of the Card Policy Council of the American Banker Association and a former Board Chair of the Council of Urban Professionals. Black Enterprise named Ms. Anderson one of its Most Powerful Women in Corporate America in 2019. She was recently name of one of the Top 20 Women in Digital Commerce by CardLinx.

Ms. Anderson graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Business from Florida A&M University and received her MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.

Jonathan L. Dolgen, Principal, Wood River Ventures, LLC

Mr. Dolgen is a director emeritus of Expedia Group, having served as a director of the company from the IAC/Expedia Group Spin-Off through June 2019. From July 2004 until April 2010, Mr. Dolgen was a Senior Advisor to Viacom, Inc., a worldwide entertainment and media company, where he provided advisory services to the chief executive officer on an as-requested basis. Since July 2004, Mr. Dolgen has been a private investor. From April 1994 to July 2004, Mr. Dolgen served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Viacom Entertainment Group, which primarily included Paramount Pictures and Paramount Television, Paramount’s regional theme parks, motion picture theaters, and book publishing operations. Mr. Dolgen began his career in the entertainment industry in 1976 and, until joining the Viacom Entertainment Group, served in a variety of executive positions at Columbia Pictures Industries, Inc., Twentieth Century Fox and Fox, Inc., and Sony Pictures Entertainment. Mr. Dolgen was a director of Ticketmaster from August 2008 through its merger with Live Nation, Inc. in January 2010 and thereafter a director of Live Nation, Inc. through June 2018. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of California Institute of the Arts and a director of the Simon Wiesenthal Center. Mr. Dolgen holds a B.S. from Cornell University and a J.D. from New York University.
